H-Level Architecture was commissioned by a local brewmaster to create a modern microbrewery that would support both serious beer production and community gathering within Naples’ emerging Bayshore District.

The project transforms a former auto repair shop into a brewery and tasting space, repurposing the existing metal-framed structure to accommodate heavy brewing equipment while maintaining an inviting public presence on a highly-constrained site. The building is organized into two primary zones: a production area with fermentation tanks, brewhouse, and walk-in cooler, and a public tasting room with bar seating, gathering areas, and recreational elements.

Large glazed openings along the front façade reveal the brewing process, while the tasting room opens to a terraced outdoor brew garden at the rear. Overhead doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, reinforcing the brewery’s role as a neighborhood hub.

Industrial materials — metal cladding paired with reclaimed wood salvaged from an old farm — reflect the craft-driven nature of the project. Site improvements included new parking, lighting, landscaping, and a linear water feature.
The result is a brewery that balances production, character, and community, contributing to the ongoing revitalization of the Bayshore area.
