H-Level Architecture was hired by Oakley Home Builders to design a new single-family home that reflects the company’s Northeastern/Cape Cod roots while fitting seamlessly into the subtropical environment of Naples, Florida.

This project is a new single-family residence on a 0.32-acre lot on 17th Avenue South in Naples, Florida, with approximately 4,691 square feet of conditioned ‘under air’ living area. The second floor steps back on both sides to meet spatial perception setback requirements. The two-story home will include four bedrooms and six full baths, along with a two-car garage and a separate one-car garage at the front of the residence. At the rear, an elevated deck opens to the pool area.

This waterfront oasis features spectacular outdoor spaces that creates your own private resort. The heated pool incorporates a swim up bar, swim under bridge, sun deck and adjacent hot tub.
