This home is situated along the Caloosahatchee River, Fort Myers, an affluent community known for its beautiful coastal sunsets. While the neighborhood boasts mainly Spanish-Revival style homes, the client, a cardiologist couple who had immigrated from Cuba years before, asked for a modernist design that would blend into the softer builds of the neighborhood. The couple also wished for the new home to be as close to the water as possible, where they could enjoy the breeze and view of the river. The home's interior exudes casual luxury with an almost seamless transition from the front entry to the back deck, celebrating the west views toward the water.

This project has been featured in Gulfshore Life Magazine, highlighting its modern waterfront design and seamless connection to the Caloosahatchee River.

It is also included in the COASTAL CHARM book by Francesc Zamora, recognized for its thoughtful approach to contemporary coastal living.
