This small wine and deli restaurant is one of the new attractions located on the famous Naples 5th Ave South in the heart of Old Naples. The design challenge consisted in working with an outdated commercial building and reworking the existing space of a former Subway® Restaurant. The new owner opted to keep and re-adapted the existing walk-in cooler with a kitchenette-prep room while trying to maximize the hospitality area. Attention was also given to displaying the extensive wine and fresh deli collection.
In a second phase, an outdoor sitting area is planned.
