H-Level Architecture was commissioned to transform the existing Resource and Library Center into a dynamic visual arts and maker hub serving students across the campus. The project reimagines an underutilized academic facility as a flexible environment that supports creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning.

The first phase focuses on a complete redesign of the ground level, introducing open circulation, breakout zones, and maker spaces that encourage interaction and visibility. Large entry and overhead doors support indoor-outdoor activities, while new lighting, flooring, and improved ventilation enhance comfort and functionality.

Glass partitions balance openness with safety, and dedicated work zones provide access to tools, water, power, and storage. Enclosed glass rooms accommodate broadcasting, green-screen production, and media work, alongside a quieter reading and library area.

A second phase transforms the upper level into focused learning spaces, including computer labs, music rooms, and breakout studios designed for concentration and quieter creative work. Together, the project creates a layered learning environment that supports both active making and focused study through thoughtful, adaptable design.
