A linear, Florida-inspired residence features generous porches, cantilevers, and a unifying cupola. South-facing overhangs provide passive shading — blocking harsh summer sun while welcoming winter light. In cooler months, cross-ventilation and operable cupola windows release warm air and draw steady north light into key spaces. The cupola also supports 28 PV panels with battery storage for backup power.

It also provides pocketing sliding doors to the west that disappear behind the central exposed, double-sided Concrete Block Feature Wall to allow the interior living to seamlessly flow to the outdoor covered living area. The outdoor area offers ample seating, dining, and cooking amenities while connecting to the lap pool and hot tub to the south and a cantilevered deck to the north that offers views of the preserve.
