Located at the corner of 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street South, the Sun Dial Condominium Unit is undergoing a major face-lift. The existing (2) story, (4) unit condominium building at 265-295 5th ave south will be transformed by re-cladding the building in a combination of stucco and stone veneer for an updated feel as well as to replace the existing water damaged wood panel siding. it is also proposed to raise the height of the existing entry area for the following reasons:
