Hlevel Architecture provided the design and permit drawings for a new, 2 story 8,614 sf (a/c) single family residence with 3-car garage. Located on an existing waterfront lot in Royal Harbor, Naples, Florida.
The first floor will include the family living / sleeping areas and opens up to the extensive deck with pool overlooking the bay. The second floor space will be accessible through two interior stairs. This will include 3 guest suites, an office and recreational areas that open to a wraparound balcony.
