BRIGHTON BAY COLONY-CONDO REMODEL

The Brighton at Bay Colony, a North Naples beachfront community, located on the Gulf of Mexico, Is a 22 story, 75 unit condominium in the WCI developed community of Pelican Bay. This exclusive, residential enclave, hugs the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Oversize, curving, glass railed balconies open out to the Gulf and screened balconies overlook the mangrove preserves. Originally, built in the late 9o s, some of the condo units required upgrading, not only on an interior design level, but also mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

Hlevel Architecture helped to provide a new, modern design intended to open up the space and make it feel airy and bright. New ceiling features and lighting assist to maximize the existing ceiling heights.
