Hlevel Architecture was hired to provide conceptual planning and design for Merits USA Inc new Headquarter Facility. With the understanding that another firm would provide the required construction drawings. The project in Cape Coral, Florida, consisted of an approximate 70,000 SF warehouse building, along with a connected 15,000 SF office building.
The following areas were in the scope of work:
o Conceptual exterior elevations/massing of the exterior elevations
o Concept for building entry including fountain
o Concept design for the roof top terrace/ “sky bar”
o Conceptual design in collaboration with interior designer for the following areas
o Interior reception/entrance area
o Conference/board room
o Multi-media room
