Sanibel is a popular place to be. With its white beaches and island privacy, it feels like a little slice of paradise.
Our client wanted something very modern, but the island community has strict design guidelines, which resulted in having to find design compromises.
Hlevels challenge was to blend the clients’ wants and desires with the required neighborhood guidelines.
