Designed for a developer–builder with a deep appreciation for Naples and its coastal character, this residence was conceived as a study in balance — refined yet relaxed, contemporary yet timeless.

From the outset, the design focused on clarity of form, livability, and long-term value. The architecture responds carefully to its site, organizing spaces around light, privacy, and seamless indoor–outdoor living, while maintaining a strong sense of proportion and restraint. Clean lines and thoughtful detailing are paired with warm materials to create a home that feels both elevated and approachable.

As with all H-Level projects, the process was highly collaborative. Working closely with the builder, we approached the design not only as a custom residence, but as a strategic, well-considered product — one that balances design integrity, constructability, and market appeal without sacrificing character.
