Hlevel were asked to create a home design for compact lots. Several lots in the Naples Bayshore area as well as in Naples Park have been developed with these designs, each slightly varying in design and size. Using a modular matrix, these plans can be modified and range from  1,200 to 2,000 A/C to fit in within smaller / narrow lots. They can also be used as guest house plans for homes with larger lots.
