Hlevel designed this AIA SWFL award winning modular “tiny home” for  a small neighborhood in Naples, Florida.

The 1,200 s.f. sustainable home serves as a prototype and/or catalyst for several future residences. Showcasing the details and floor plans, which provide functionality and flexibility. Plus, offer a sustainable solution for small spaces.

The plan for the solar powered tiny home, is organized around a simple rectangle with two voids (a covered porch and car port ) creating maximum efficiency.

There are two basic modules. The first located on the south consists of the open living/kitchen space which extends out to the covered deck. The second module houses a master suite with views to the pool. A den is centrally located and another bedroom with adjacent bathroom to the east. The flat roof is designed to hide and maximize areas for photovoltaic panels. With it’s light reflective color, it will minimize solar heat gain.
