Syndergy  Suites

Eleven Ten Synergy Suites was designed as a modern, collaborative workplace that balances professionalism with warmth. H-level Architecture reimagined approximately 4,000 square feet of existing office space — merging two suites into a cohesive environment that supports focused work, creativity, and connection.

The project reflects H-level’s approach to modern design without austerity. Natural light, generous glazing, and biophilic principles shape the interior, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere that enhances well-being and productivity. Materials and finishes were selected to feel refined yet approachable, reinforcing a sense of comfort within a professional setting.

The flexible layout accommodates a range of work styles, combining private offices, executive suites, and open work areas. Shared amenities — including a communal kitchen and bar, lounge spaces, and reception — encourage interaction and foster a sense of community among tenants.

Recognized with an AIA Design Award for Interior Architecture, Eleven Ten Synergy Suites demonstrates how thoughtful interior design can transform existing spaces into adaptable, human-centered work environments.
