Tropical modern farmhouse renovation and addition.
Hlevel architects completely gutted and reorganized this outdated, old farmhouse.

The original building needed to be completely reorganized and given a face lift. So a new dormer was added to the front. This helped to let more light in and also provide greater curb appeal.

The new covered entry porch, big covered lanai with trellis and master suite were all part of the addition. A new garage with guest suite on top and covered pergola, was also added to the site. Thus, connecting both of the buildings together. All of the interiors were updated and optimized for the family of five.
