STARFISH RESIDENCE

Hlevel Architecture provided a full-service design on this project, including, interior design, landscaping, and LEED certification.
This award-winning residence is located on an existing 0.35 acre, waterfront lot in Naples, Florida. The residence includes approximately 4,168 square feet under air. The second floor is stepped back on each side to accommodate the spatial perception setbacks. The house includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths within a 2-story configuration. An exterior spiral stair connects the second floor with the roof terrace. The rear of the house includes an elevated deck and pool area.
This single-family residence was one of the first LEED Silver-certified homes in the area.
